Neighborhood Housing Services Home Improvement and Energy Conservation Laboratory - PLATINUM
(11/1/2012) The Lab serves as a hands-on training facility for area residents to gain the skills required to maintain their homes and conserve energy.
The building is a model of the green practices we teach inside the Lab and what we aspire in our affordable development work. We encourage others such as developers, builders, architects and contractors to adopt these features in their projects as well.
